Kanazawa, Japan: Old Made New Neighborhood
Beautiful carving of a Koi and river
The path under our feet
Old style window decoration with an updated color
A view of the front side of the house
The entrance of the house, I'm not sure if it's old or new
Newer style house, but with some old style accents, for example the fence, tall window, and green wall.
A close-up of the tall window, looks like the outside slats are old, but the actual window is new.
Sato not being able to pose normally, but then again it did make for an interesting photo against this wall. I shall call him "The Wall Whisperer", otherwise he's a plain old eavesdropper.
I have no idea what kind of tree this was. Is it a fruit tree? Is it nut tree? Can anyone tell me?
