Exciting Times #2
Mickey Mouse is everywhere. If you stay at one of the hotels close to Disneyland you will use the Disney Resort train line which have these adorable handles to hold on to with matching windows! Also, there is a shuttle bus from the station to some of the hotels which also have Mickey Mouse details. What will you find when you visit?

Exciting Times #1
This year is the 30th Anniversary for Tokyo Disneyland, so of course they have a lot of special things. It ranges from big signs like this to coins that are pressed flat with a special design on them. I will be featuring a photo a day from my trip to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea! I hope they will convince you to visit the (if not one of the) happiest place(s) on earth before the year ends.

Mini #1
This was one of the smallest shrines I have seen so far. (I know there are smaller ones around, but for me this has been the smallest I've come across).

Festival Food #1
Some sweet custard cakes anyone? Personally, I prefer snow cones and takoyaki.

Japanese Summer Festival Games #2
Scoop up as many goldfish as you can with a paper net. If you are good you can take home a lot of goldfish, while the owner cries behind his/her stall. (No, you don't get to use the net at the top)

Festival games #1
A game to catch super balls! (rubber balls that bounce really well and come in great colors and prints) I remember collecting these when I was younger. It was fun to bounce, but be careful not to play with them around fragile items. Sometimes they go in crazy directions!
