Nagoya, Japan: Yoshikawa's Japanese Restaurant

Yoshikawa has six different restaurants. I went to the sushi restaurant last year around this time and it was VERY good! It was probably the best sushi I have eaten in Nagoya. The atmosphere is great and the same goes for the service. The only down side is (actually there are two) that some of their restaurants have very limited seating and all of them are  on the high end of the price range. If you are looking for a special place to celebrate and want to go all out I would recommend going to this their Wasyoku restaurant or sushi restaurant!

The course begins! We had a course ordered so every dish came out one at a time with a good resting periods in between. This has nagaiimo, eel and crab in this dish. It was so delicious and a wonderful way to begin our meal!

I drank some sake, Houraisen and it was perfect...for me anyway. I don't like dry sake, but I didn't want a sweet one either. This one was in between the two and had a flavor of apples.

More dishes are coming and some more photos of the private room we had at the restaurant!

Oh, this restaurant is in Kakuozan in an area that some people call Yoshikawa Town, because all of their restaurants are located in this area.

Barcelona: Sagrada Familia

I have to say Sagrada Familia didn't disappoint. Even with all the photos available it was still very much worth it to go inside and go to the top.

From what I understand, the man on the bottom left is Gaudi as the observer. It was their way of paying tribute to Gaudi. It does look like one of the photographs of Gaudi in the museum.

Entrance to Sagrada Familia. All wood and has carvings all over the doors.

Next, Inside Sagrada Familia: The Ground Floor.

Barcelona: Inside a Casa Mila Apartment

Welcome to a Casa Mila Apartment!

Lots of sunlight in this apartment!

The view from one of the balconies.

We walked from Casa Mila to Sagrada Familia. It was a great way to see the city!

This was one of my favorite buildings in Barcelona. Mainly because of the owl.

Up next, Sagrada Familia!

Barcelona: Sagrada Familia from Casa Mila

 Sagrada Familia!

Next are the photos of one of the apartments in Casa Mila! It's a beautiful apartment, but I don't think I would want to live here with so many people visiting everyday. I imagine it is very noisy during the day.

Barcelona: View From Casa Mila

On the first floor, before riding up to the top in the elevator, you can see the beautiful mural on the ceiling.

The first thing you notice when you get to the top is the decoration.

But, after that you notice the view. It was one of the best views and it couldn't have been a nicer day.

There are still a few more photos of the view from Casa Mila, including Sagrada Familia!
